Cant download any apps on box 360

Before my broke, I used to use Netflix a lot, along with Last. When I try to use the Youtube App, sometimes the video I pick will playfor about 10seconds and then stop, but most of the time it won't load at all. I can sit there for 10 minutes and it won't start again.

If I try to use Halo Waypoint it will sit there for a few minutes and eventually say it won't work either. I thought it might be because I got a new router since the last time I had used my and it had a moderate NAT instead of open, but I opened it and it didn't change anything.
